If you are going to play 6/5 then 11/6 is no longer so obviously efficient. If you want to set up double 5s 18/13 11/10 does it also without wasting a pip inside and would thus seem to be better. But I don't think playing for that one swing is worth the losses on the much more likely case of your opponent needing 3 turns.
