I'll not argue the point as I've not studied all the permutations. You may well be right, you may have studied it in detail.

Just seems by protecting against the 5-5 with the 6/5 now I have a bit more flexibility in the two roll scenario to position the outside two checkers to try to address the 4-4 for the final roll -- (not being constrained to the 10 point if I can't otherwise slot the 5 point).
