XG and Gnu agree: For 21$-11 at gammon save, N (Near, 8/7(2) 6/5(2)) and e (each, 24/22 6/5(2)) are essentially tied, and H (Hit, 24/20*) is close.

Summary: 21$-11e is a useful play to add to one's repertoire, though only at GS (tied). In reply to opening 21$, 51$ or 62$ at any score, you can safely play 11N and not be wrong. 11H is best only in reply to 41$ and then only for money and GS.
