"I talked to the participants of a match in LA where one person finished with two seconds of reserve time, and the other with one second -- and he played for four games on the brink like that."

All that the members of the Koca school will see here is 3 seconds of think time wasted.

Seriously, the important question is whether the person with 2 seconds left won the match. Better time management should be rewarded.
