One more thing, I think keeping the number down to 5 for the dream team is quite sufficient. I even considered less, like 3, but they'd have to be super active on the site like me & Neil and couldn't be as lax about posting so I think 5 is a good number. This also leaves the 'Readers' with lots of fish to help in their voting, like Nack if has time to participate, MCG, etc...
