8 pips up, even with wastage and gaps, this has to be a double.

At 3 away, black can take a bit more aggressively than usual. White has lots of wastage as big numbers will bear in deeply and the gap on the 5 point may never get filled. Black's distribution is pretty good. Still those long cross-overs on black's 12 point are scary since it will likely be 3 rolls before black takes a checker off. Regardless, it feels like the wastage and aggressive take score compensates.
