Michael "GNU World Class 2-ply 1296 trials or less if 98% confidence reached."

Neil adds that the minimum for trials is 720 regardless of how quickly 98% confidence was reached.

Also if there's any bias from these RO's one would expect it to be towards GNU, however, there may be no bias at all, and if there is bias I expect it to be very small.
