Also if there's any bias from these RO's one would expect it to be towards GNU, however, there may be no bias at all, and if there is bias I expect it to be very small.

OK, this is what I was leading up to. It seems like the arbiter has an advantage on these rollouts. After all, the JLeeBot says that I play perfect backgammon, and everybody else is intermediate at best.

All kidding aside, what makes you think that the bias is going to be small? Note that I don't have a reasoned opinion one way or another... I'm just trying to understand all this better.
