In Response To: Mandatory Clocks -- Penalty for Non-Use (Chiva Tafazzoli)

Seriously I do think that if the two players were intentionally not using a clock, and Patrick made very clear announcements about all champ level events being clock mandatory, that they both should be forfeited.
