In Response To: Mandatory Clocks -- Penalty for Non-Use (Stein Kulseth)

I agree that forfeiture is too harsh particularly since people are not necessarily at the Calcutta or paying attention. I also think the penalty should have teeth. The players are putting the tournament schedule at risk due to violation of posted rules. Impose penalty points on the players next match.
