Mandatory Clocks -- Penalty for Non-Use

In Response To: Mandatory Clocks -- Penalty for Non-Use (neilkaz)

Lots of players (including me) were not aware that clocks were mandatory. I showed up late for the calcutta and must have missed the "clocks are mandatory" announcement. At least 3 of my oppts also thought it was a clock optional tournament.
