In Response To: Mandatory Clocks -- Penalty for Non-Use (Dorn Bishop)

Hmm..I was under the impression that Patrick announced that clocks were mandatory and more than once and that it also was printed in the tourney flyer.

My comment about forfeiture is intended for those who intentionally decided to play w/out a clock.
