Good analysis. I hadn't considered the 11 non-covering numbers that switch or prime. That's huge. I think it is still close, but I've been pushed over the fence and now favor the hit.

BTW, if this money game is a Chouette of decent size and I'm either in the box or captain trying to get the box, I'm still not hitting as the extra wins with the non-hit are worth something in terms of box retention/acquisition.
