When White's board is double blotted like this, I always look for a way to force the issue. This roll doesn't leave very good options for that. 18/8 leaves a triple shot with many hit and covers, so that's out. 13/3 leaves hit and covers but does nothing. So we're back to building a board.

After 7/1, 8/4 is more flexible and slots a better point, so that gets my pick.
