18/8 looks suicidal, and even leaving the 10-point blot looks like an unnecessary risk, so we're left to choose among 10/6 8/2, 10/4 6/2, and 10/4 8/4. Do we save a 6? The plays 10/6 8/2 and 10/4 8/4 don't look very flexible or efficient. If the alternative to saving a 6 were more attractive, then I might be tempted, but not here.
