Stick Plays In Badmitton Tournaments?

Stick, thanks for giving us the list of tournaments you have played in since the beginning of 2007. However, my idea was for you to tell us how many ABT events you have played in during your entire lifetime.

I am also encouraging other players to provide a count of total lifetime ABT events played in. I want to calculate the average number of ABT points earned per tournament. I do not think we need Bill Davis' permission to post such a list on this Web site.

I remember the very first time I ever saw Stick at a tournament. It was in Charlotte, probably in 2005 or 2006. We were riding down the elevator together, and I was not carrying a board. I judged from the small size of his backgammon board and from the fact that I had never seen him before that he must be an intermediate or beginning player.

I spoke to him and asked, "You here for that BADMITTON tournament?" Stick was too polte to correct me. He said something like, "Yeah," and then the door opened.

WARNING: The guy you have never seen before riding with you in the elevator carrying a small board may soon become the next backgammon superstar.
