Data for opening 43:
Snowie [D S5 Z8 U11] 31k
Gnu [D Z6 S16 U21] 46k 31kSU
XG 3-ply [D Z3 S11 U12] 36k (will be ext)
XG 4-ply [Z D1 S11 U25] 10kRegarding U, so far XG 4-ply agrees with Gnu, and XG 3-ply agrees with Snowie (the opposite of what happened with opening 41S vs $), though with only 10k one never knows. Without further data, I conclude 43U is valued at around -.016 and is still on my list of 28 strong opening plays (plus 62$ at GG).
I don't recommend cutting off S until at least 25k. Based on the data already accumulated, S is very unlikely to come out ahead of both D and Z in any long rollout but it is bordering on "best/tied" (within .01). I would consider any further (strong) data obtained on S or U to be highly useful for bot comparison in any event.
If your sole objective henceforth is to determine which of D or Z is a hair better, you'll need a lot more than 25k on those two.
