Tough problem. White is behind in the race (giving her a favorable priming battle), but getting hit on the near side would be expensive. Black looks just thin enough offensively that I would venture R (Run, Bar/17) at the indicated score (-3-3) or for money.

At GS (gammon save), I wouldn't leave the anchor, though maybe I have it conceptually backwards. It seems like a tough choice between $ (Slot, Bar/23 11/5) and D (Down, Bar/23 13/7). I guess I'd go with D at that score (GS).
