I would play 16-10 (2). The biggest advantage I see in this move is that it prepares to clear the mid-point when the racing lead holds. 53, 63 & 65 all clear and perhaps an indirect shot may be left on the 11 after 32, 52 & 62 if the racing lead is still as large as it is now. None of these numbers clear the mid after 16-7, 16-13. Depending on the race, there may be an efficient double when the midpoint is cleared, but the 10 is still held.
Against these advantages, you fail to make the five point on 21 & 32. And a number of rolls force you to dump checkers into the inner board rather than playing with the spares in the outfield. The advantages of making the 10 point look bigger than the disadvantages. 16-10 (2) for me.
