Making the 6-prime seems like a next to me.

He already has a a 6-prime. The idea of dumping blots is to get hit and hope to dance while White cracks.

I think the problem with hitting is that White now has to enter two checkers from the bar, which could take a while. And White could enter on the 3-point without hitting, which would be very bad for Blue. There's also no guarantee that Blue will dance; Blue might enter, which would not be good. I would roll the prime.
