Here's mine. Both agree on the top play, but the next two are swapped. Both are within 1 sd of each other, though, so it looks like simple rollout uncertainty.

The key result from both rollouts is that build-and-split is correct with a 52. I agree with your conclusion, too. With a 54, splitting comes up to a point White really wants, encouraging an attack; the tempo hit helps to protect the split.
