So, my quick rollout indicates that the 17 & 4 are TCTC. I havent done a complete rollout here yet, but will kick it off this evening.
I still prefer my choice of the 4pt, primarily for the anchoring aspects - I have Neil's 4pt (he cant have it), and I have my own (he cant have it). Much prettier than stepping out to the 17, IMO.
