I wouldn't. Make the 3-pt rather than two men off the 6. The strong board could come in handy - 6 of White's rolls leave you a direct shot and several others leave indirects. If you are forced off the 18, White still has to hit and you might be shooting at a direct shot from the roof if he does hit. Also, saving a 6 doesn't save a good 6 - it saves an ugly 6 since you'll be forced to bury a man on the ace which will hurt your racing chances.
