I don't know. But, I'll give it a try since no one else has responded yet.

10/6, 10/9 - D (Down) doesn't look right to me. I believe that D would be 13-8. D implies a play from the midpoint. I am going to make a guess that O (outer) woud work. You are playing into (or at least within) the outer board and you are playing out of the outer board.

18-14, 3-2 Your idea L (lift) is probably on the right track. I'm not sure how you would distinquish between 18-14 and 10-6 for the second move.

18-14, 10-9 - I am betting that there is a good clear answer on this, but I'm not sure what it would be. Often, one of the BEACON moves for doublets works for non-doublets in a case like this. However, none of them seem to fit here.
