D is definitely wrong for 10/9 10/6, agree with 13/8 and with your choice of O or maybe I. Not sure how to distinguish I from 10/9 10/6 and 10/6 3/2--unless 10/6 3/2 is T.

L looks like it ought to be 10/6 3/2 and l would be 13/9 3/2. Maybe 10/6 3/2 can be assigned to N. Also 18/13 is a lifting play (although that can be R).

18/14 10/9...S should be 24/23 13/9. So, maybe, then Z, s, or z? I would guess Z.
