What is the wrong concept?

Rich needs to know what my wrong concept is, and Chuck misread the dice.

My (incorrect) play was 13/6. Not having a spare on the six point led me to this play... and it has a decent amount of flexibility. I guess two down provides more flexibility and more priming.
