I agree that live play is not the same as online play. And if you say that recording is not a disruption for you, then I'm not going to argue. But in my opinion, there is no shortage of positions that I screw up in online play from which I can learn to improve my game. I do not lack opportunities to learn - different or not. I only lack time. I am simply suggesting that for almost all people, myself included, there is still plenty of low hanging fruit, and it is to be found in online play.
