Was the question "do I feel lucky"? Or was it "is there any chance this guy will drop this"?

I can imagine people staring at 3 checkers on the roof and they might panic. But I wouldn't think of cubing this. You don't seem like a huge favorite in the position, and the position does not seem very volatile. Way too much work to be done. Remake the midpoint, an outerboard point, some real improvement and have the opponent dance and then give them a cube that will be a real decision.
