San Antonio backgammon tournament?

I lobbied hard and heavy, to no avail, for Chiva to put the 2010 U.S. Open in San Antonio.

It would be an awesome venue to have a tourney on the Riverwalk. It has been discussed a bit within the state.

Perhaps.

I think it would rival this year's Santa Fe tourney as a great 'destination' tournament site.
