Bart Brooks flashcards

I've always had ambitions to make my own flashcards (thus far waylaid by the insidious forces of procrastination).

Do you hand craft them? Fabricate them from bot screenshots? What board template do you use? And what card do you print on? Do you laminate afterwards?

I have tried some 'flashcard' software for the mac, PC and iPhone with limited success. Somehow physical materials that you can turn over in your hands are more conducive to learning. However, I can recommend 'Mental Case' for mac and iPhone as the best of breed.
