In what I believe is the original article by Tom Keith on his method he presents a chart of cube errors for various counting methods. The chart is at http://www.bkgm.com/articles/CubeHandlingInRaces/#chart_of_cube_errors, which also gets you to the full article which has an excellent discussion of not only the Keith Count but race theory and counting methods in general.
