Looks like a redouble and close pass between two even players. Black has a hard time bringing this game home if he's missed and can get g'd if he's hit since there are several disaster numbers for him from the roof. Against a 500 elo worse player, I'd still redouble but the weaker player should take it. Black's position figures to be pretty easy to play so taking gives him his best chance to win the match.
