The first position you posted I would classify as more of a roll v. roll situation and would be wary of using the Keith count as I mentioned before.

The second position breaks down to a bare take according to Keith:

Blue's Keith count: 86+2+2+1=91/7=13, 91+13=104
White's Keith count: 102

I'm guessing the issue here is in Blue's Keith count, the '+1' for the empty 4pt which is likely not to be empty by the time the bearoff begins. If you ignore that +1 then the Keith count think it's a clear drop. (it has a double effect that +1 for the open 4pt).
