I don't think that pointing on the 3-point can be right. There's no ammunition to follow up an attack and the four-prime seems too valuable to give up.

The only other candidates I seriously consider are 23/3* and 23/13 23/18(2). I don't like the inflexibility of 23/3*. It seems that there are too many ways that my front position could shred itself next roll. 23/13 23/18(2) leaves some indirect shots but I don't think they're disastrous. I'm going with 23/13 23/18(2).
