I think Brown's chances are better than your estimate; for example, I think that after safetying one checker, Brown's chances are better than 15 to 20% because the closeout is not guaranteed. On the other hand, you didn't mention the danger of getting a third checker sent back, which I think makes a difference. I drop, but I think it's close.
