2. The main would be a combination of round-robin, swiss and knockout. Something interesting enough for the better players, but still giving the opportunity to cash to a weaker player. That matches better the nature of the game which is a combination of skill and luck.

Do you have something specific in mind?
Does this kind of "perfect" format exist or how would you combine/change existing formats?
