Shouldn't the gain be calculated as P(take-win) - P(pass)?
This gives 94 - 30.5 = 63.5% instead of 69.5%.

The takepoint would then be roughly 24.5 / 88 = 28%, making this a drop because as you mentioned the cube is almost dead after a take.
