What is on X axis of the chart? Seconds?

If we compare XG 4ply with GNU 3ply, XG has value of approx 12, GNU has 27.
Does it mean that for the problem which takes XG 2 minutes (120 seconds), GNU will analyze in 4.5 minutes (270 seconds)?
