I suppose that it is right to double in theory (it will be stronger than a bot rollout says, in case that's an issue). Played correctly, White's 54, 65, 42 and maybe 64 all leave two blots and at least a triple shot. 54 is a quintuple / 35-number shot. A parlay of 41 or 32 (four-priming) met by 54 must be a pass, and even IF it is only this 8/1296 parlay that weighs in, you don't need much in the way of market losers to double such a position at this score.
In my experience, humans are very pessimistic in taking after leaving a double blot (or even a single blot with a triple shot), so there's no way I would double OTB. Just wait for the blot(s) to appear, double, and watch Opp pass way too often.
In other words, you probably lose a small amount theoretically by not doubling, but you gain a ton from a practical perspective.
