I agree with Nack here. Likely a theo-cube but in practice wait and many opps may blunder after they blot.
Now if my 5 pt was covered allready and I had a my spare from the 20 pt escaped (so I don't have bad 44 and poor 33 to roll) I'd cube here for sure and consider it to be a blunder to not do so.
