The three plausible candidates I see are 12/3, 21/12, and 21/16 12/8. Between 21/12 and 21/16 12/8 I prefer 21/16 12/8 because it's more flexible. The question is whether it's too risky. Black has a stronger board and 12/3 buries a checker so I would try the bold play.
