Thanks, Joe, for the rollout info.

IMO, today's bots don't squeeze nearly enough out of containment positions, so I would expect all the next-turn take/pass decisions that roll out as close will be rolled out as clear passes by future bots. That's not by any means to say the rollout information isn't useful.

By the same token, if the initial position turns out to be a close-ish theoretical ND in a rollout today, I would expect that to be overturned by a stronger bot later.

I am surprised that Gnu rates leap/cover as better than four-prime (32 41) for the immediate roll (though I realize there is value in protecting against 33 (and other small numbers, to a lesser degree). I don't know if that's symptomatic of the same problem or not.
