I suppose I should have said that if the 4pt were not blotted it wouldn't be right.

After 13/2 you probably leave a second shot on the next roll when opp has made his 4pt. After 13/7 6/1* you certainly leave more shots on this roll when opp has his 4pt slotted but probably don't leave more shots on the next roll when opp has his 4pt made.

Also, I come up with 17 rolls, and I don't double-count the hitters.
