Thx and thx for the header bug fix as well

When I do more opening-type RO's that will end up used by Nack I can now just set the seed to 0 for random and leave it there as it will be really unlikely that anyone else will use that same seed for the same position.
Glad to see this header bug fixed as it cost me several days worth of RO. I ended up redoing a GS opening RO and a GG reply RO.
Thx for fixing the headers on these two 64P52 RO's. We do see a slight difference for having Jacoby Rule off as I expected since the player who splits is subject to the occasional quick joker double/dance that makes the opp too good. However, this really is a small ammount and in most opening positions will make even less difference as there's no immediate sequence to become TG.
