Doubles are the toughest since there are more choices and more to explain using one symbol. I know I have a lot to learn about handling them. Once you get to the third move, you don't necessarily move them in pairs. This makes the variety far greater than the 2nd move.
There may be something better, but one option is to use assumptive Nactation here. You assume that the Nactatee will know that three of the aces will be used to play 8-7(2) and 6-5. Then the symbol chosen will describe the fourth ace. If you take this approach, then:
24-23, 8-7(2), 6-5 would be U - Up.
11-10, 8-7(2), 6-5 would be D - Down. Strictly speaking, the more advanced symbol J - Jostle is probably "correct" here. This refers to sliding a blot one or two pips in the outfield. However, D is unambiguous. You can distinguish between 11-10 and a third 8-7 because
8-7(3), 6-5 would be L - Lift. You have lifted the blot left on the eight point with the fourth ace. (I'm not 100% certain about this one.)
And, if you wanted to Nactate
8-7(2), 6-5(2) this would be F - Float. The final 6-5 is the floating checker. Float refers to moving a spare from one point to another.
Remember - F refers to a spare. J refers to a blot. The floating checker "floats" on top of the points which have been made.
