Does Woolsey's law and its reverse as found by you Phil say something about the equity profit re. ND vs. D and T vs. P ?

Indicates an "unsure Take/Pass" a profitable Double (blunder if not doubled) and an "unsure Double" a clear Take (blunder if not taken)?
