To post an XG position here set up the position and then File >> Export >> Position to Clipboard. Change the 'Copy as:' line to HTML (using images) and the 'Moves to display' I choose Selected Moves. (another way of saying 'none' in case you have analyzed the position already) Hit the Copy to Clipboard button and come here and paste, ctrl + v. That's it.

For a Word doc you can do the same as above but in the 'Copy as:' line choose text instead. (the default)
