Sounds like a problem with the cookie settings in your browser. Are you having an issue with any other sites that "remember" things about you? I use Firefox on an XP machine so I can't give you specifics but there should be settings for cookies, probably in the options menu. Could also be that some other security related software or system cleaner is wiping the cookies.

Normally either of the above would mean you intentionally changed something on your system, but you never know when some other program might have changed them for you. If you don't find something right away one option would be to download firefox or chrome and see what happens with another browser. If the other browser works correctly it tells you that the problem is most likely within the IE settings.
