Definitely step up to the 21pt with the first two 3s. After that it's a little fuzzy for me. Against two checkers priming is usually right and youve already got the makings of a good one so i see no need to break it by making your 4pt. That leaves 13/7 with the last two or 24/21 13/10. I like the latter. The race is close and moving the spare to the advanced anchor keeps your men connected and eliminates the chance of him getting left behind if you roll big like 55 or 66.
