Two twin variants

Make 8pt or hit? (Rich, original)

Make 8pt or hit? (Stick, variant)

Make 7pt or hit? (Nack, variant 1)

Make 7pt or hit? (Nack, variant 2)

The top left position is Rich's original position. The top right position is Stick's variant, which moves a White spare (from her 4pt) onto her 5pt.

The bottom positions are twins of Rich's and Stick's. The difference in both cases is that Blue's non-hitting option is to make his 7pt instead of his 8pt.

How would you play 65 in each of the four positions? (Blue leads 1-0 to 7.)
